TEM Heterochromatin Quantification

Developed a custom Python-based analysis pipeline to quantify heterochromatin distribution along the nuclear envelope in transmission electron microscopy images. By implementing normalized measurement approaches that account for inherent TEM variability, this pipeline enables rigorous quantitative comparison of nuclear organization across experimental conditions.
