Whole mouse brain registration
A whole cleared mouse brain stained for a pathological marker was imaged with SPIM. I used the BrainGlobe platform to register the whole brain to the Allen Brain Atlas and then used the registered atlas to quantify the amount of pathological marker present in each brain region.
