Mammary Gland Involution

This is a massive project that leverages H&E stained sections of mammary gland tissue to characterize and model mammary gland involution after weaning. I trained a generalized pixel classifier to measure different tissue components within the tissue. Working with a biostatistician, we are using a tiled version of the pixel classifier to create a representative tissue model. Other areas in development for this project are training a model to segment adipocytes in the tissue sections and to train a image classifier with information extraction.
