Zebrafish Blood Cell Classifier
The goal of this project is to develop a classification pipeline to count the different populations of blood cells from blood smears stained with Wright-Giemsa. Leveraging the classifier built into StarDist's architecture to train a segmentation and classification model. Examples shown are the segmentation results.
